Happy new year to you all, I hope you all had a fantastic 2017. I had a wedding filled year and worked on some beautiful creations with some wonderful couples. I also ended the year with some fun and festive teaching. I was able to teach in my new and enlarged workshop this year. I was really touched by all the feed back I received from the ladies that attended. I tried to create a warm and inviting winter grotto to get everyone in the festive mood, the lights were twinkling and the Christmas tunes were on! There were sweet treats a plenty and we drank a lot of tea!

Everyone found the experience very therapeutic, many of the ladies had pretty hectic lives and stressful jobs and were surprised by how relaxing it can be to use your hands and to create something beautiful. They all did an amazing job and were delighted with what they took home. I also loved every minute of it, teaching floristry is relatively new to me and I found it extremely rewarding.

This beauty was created by Kirsten The Little Wedding Helper I better watch out!

The beautiful images were taken by Fran at Evoke Pictures  who also attended the workshop. She’s my go to gal for images, she’s all about the details.

I am hoping to teach some Easter centre piece workshops at the end of March so keep your eyes peeled for details.

Happy New Year to you all x
